Listed below are tables of component parts to popular clutches. Our inventory includes most numbers shown, but not all. Because of the variety of torque limiting and directional limiting devices available, our inventory strategy is to stock "components to build" rather than complete clutches. This makes repair work much simpler, but if you need a new clutch or are ordering by phone, we will need the following information:
1) UJ size or series
2) Type of clutch needed: Application? Torque setting?
3) Implement shaft size (1.375-6 x 6 spline?)
Types of Clutches :
K92 : 2 disc friction clutch
K92/4 : (lower left shown above), 4 disc friction clutch
K96/4: (upper left above), 4 disc friction clutch with 90mm component housing
FK96/4: Same as K96 with additional overrunning feature built into hub
FBK96/4: Same as FK96 with Heavy Duty overrunning feature built into hub
F5/1R : (upper right above) Overrunning (delivers torque in one direction only) ** Your tractor's PTO shaft turns opposite to your pick up truck's transmission.
SB : Shear Bolt : (lower right above)
Cutout : (not shown) Acts like a shear bolt but will re-set when PTO stops.
